Upcell Alliance is a non-profit association, governed by the French law of July 1st, 1901. Its legal creation took effect in early November 2022. Its founding members include strong private and public players: Verkor, Fives, Schneider Electric, Bühler, Ingecal, Incore Systemes and HESAM University.

Our ambition is to build a unique ecosystem with the aim of giving Europe a leading position in the field of electric batteries, providing it with industrial autonomy and reasserting its economic sovereignty.

Upcell Alliance brings together European players from the industrial and academic sectors of the electric battery value chain, to become the industrial ecosystem of reference for electric battery manufacturers in Europe by 2030.
